There are tons and tons of do-it-yourself projects out there for what to do with empty wine bottles. Now since I make my own wine I prefer to fill them back up and empty them again whenever I get the chance. Going on a trip and don’t have anyone to water your house plants while you’re away, no problem. Just celebrate your departure early by draining a couple bottles of wine and reusing them to give your plants a drink while your gone. An easy do-it-yourself watering system.
While this setup looks a little too delicate for my rough and tumble lifestyle I can’t help but admire the design. And for all of you out there that live a little more delicate life this may be a project right up your alley.
