There are tons and tons of do-it-yourself projects out there for what to do with empty wine bottles. Now since I make my own wine I prefer to fill them back up and empty them again whenever I get the chance. I think this is one of the simplest yet coolest uses of empty wine bottles. It’s not as simple as jamming a candle in the top yet no so difficult that you can’t do it yourself.
